It&#8217;s the project manager. The administrator could be a scientist working at a research institute, or at an NGO, governmental extension service, etc.<\/p>\n<p>If the adminstrator is not a scientist, she or he might collaborate with scientists or a research institute to develop the tricot project, and obtain the <a href=\"https:\/\/climmob.net\/blog\/wiki\/technology\/\">tested technologies<\/a>, such as seeds or fertilizer.<\/p>\n<p>The tasks of the administrator include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing the tricot project using <a href=\"https:\/\/climmob.net\/blog\/wiki\/about-climmob\/\">ClimMob software<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Recruiting <a href=\"https:\/\/climmob.net\/blog\/wiki\/field-agent\/\">field agents<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/climmob.net\/blog\/wiki\/grower\/\">participants<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Training field agents<\/li>\n<li>Preparing <a href=\"https:\/\/climmob.net\/blog\/wiki\/generate-technology-packages-and-open-registration-of-participants\/\">trial packages<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Organizing initial workshops<\/li>\n<li>Keeping track of growers\u2019 data collection<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/climmob.net\/blog\/wiki\/analyze-data\/\">Analyzing data<\/a> using the ClimMob software<\/li>\n<li>Communicating final results to participants in final workshops (together with field agents)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The administrator is the person or organization who coordinates the tricot project.
